Born in 1979 in Shreveport, Louisiana, Robert Tadlock Jr. moved to Lake Charles, Louisiana, in 1980. He has deep roots in the community and has spent much of his life balancing his education, career, and dedication to the family business.
Robert graduated from Alfred M. Barbe High School in 1998, and his academic journey continued at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he pursued business studies. He later transferred to McNeese State University in Lake Charles, where he focused on Mass Communication.
In 2001, Robert began his career at Tadlock Pipe & Rentals, a family-owned business that has been a staple in the region’s oilfield industry. His initial role involved quality control of the rental tools division. Later, Robert would be promoted to oversee all operation in the rental tools department. After many years of working hands on with the inventory, Robert has transitioned and taken on the role of Operations Manager. While his focus has shifted, he remains deeply involved in the operations of the business. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Robert continues to contribute to the growth and success of Tadlock Pipe & Rentals, driven by a deep understanding of the business, a commitment to quality service, and a passion for supporting the needs of the clients they serve.
